To receive a report from the Abylai Global Solutions broker, please contact your manager and request that they generate a report for the year in Excel format.
Generating declarations for subsequent years
The Abylai Global Solutions report does not contain information on securities lots open at the beginning of the year. Therefore, for the first year (the year the account was opened), only the broker’s report needs to be uploaded for processing.
For subsequent years, it is also necessary to upload the status of open positions (with details by lot) in the «RoboTaxMaker Universal Format (in Excel)» (more about the universal format).
For example, if the account was opened in 2025 and the tax return is filed for 2025, you need to obtain the broker’s report for 2025 and upload it to RoboTaxMaker, which will result in:
- tax return
- explanation note
- RoboTaxMaker universal format
In 2026, you’ll also need to obtain the broker’s report for 2026, as well as the RoboTaxMaker universal format file for 2025, and upload both of these files to RoboTaxMaker for processing. And so on.
